beautiful. I was thinkiing of doing something like that to make it a little larger but I hadn't thought of the scalloped edge. I just finished the initial edging of my first mixed-color scrap afghan. On to the other three (greens, pinks and red boucle). I think I will add more rectangles on each side instead of the smaller squares on my next ones, to make them a little larger and more square. Then after a rest of a few months (lol) I think I will try the largest one with the squares, rectangles and small squares. So many possibilities! I love imagination!
I was unaware of this KAL until this evening (OK. It's now 5:30 AM Saturday, but I'm still awake, so it's still Friday evening!). Since I found it, I've been copying and pasting all the information - very neatly and organizedly, even! This afghan is high on my to-do list, but the assorted edgings and borders will likely get used long before I do the squares and rectangles. I have one 99-squares afghan - in baby yarns - all knitted up awaiting some inspiration to get them edged, attached, and bordered. This is it! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
